Welcome to CATE NWSI

Center for Advanced Technology and Education - Neuroimaging Web Services Interface

Neuroimaging Web Services Interface (NWSI): A neuroimaging platform to assist clinicians and researchers on Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) research by offering data storage, sharing, and processing, including image segmentation, registration, restoration, and visualization.

Design of the Neuroimaging Web Services Interface-NWSI

The updated Neuroimaging Web Services Interface (NWSI) platform provides access to various imaging modalities, including T1-weighted MRI, T2-weighted MRI, T2FLAIR, Arterial spin labeling-ASL, diffusion tensor imaging-DTI1000, High-Resolution Hippocampus-, susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI), and Magnetization-Prepared Rapid Acquisition Gradient Echo (MPRAGE). These can be used with overlays such as BRAIN, white matter (WM), PET, subcortical and cortical parcellation.
