Neuroimaging Web Services Interface (NWSI)
Currently we provide:
- Freesurfer output of uploaded MRIs
- SUVR calculatios from uploaded PET and existing MRI
- DTI Processing
- Data Managing, such as deleting studies, exporting results, etc.
- Datamining processing on data using support vector machine classification (ADNI data)
